Quaint = 2 years older than dirt and infested with termites

Spectacular View = something to look at so you don't notice the peeling
paint and rotting wood

Won't last long = scheduled for demolition Thursday unelss we find a
sucker Wednesday

Below Appraisal = $50 less than the appraisal

Quiet Neighborhood = No drive by shooting allowed after 9 PM

Fabulous Decor = the inside looks like it was too close to the paint
factory when it exploded

Handyman's Special = Major Major repairs needed, even rats and
****roaches won't live here till it gets some repairs

Owner Motivated = The owner wants this place sold before the City
Condems it.

Curb Appeal = The streets are clean, but the house is a dump.

Recent Updates = they patched the cracks in the walls and slaped on a
coat of paint.

Won't last long at this price = the place will probably colapse before

in charge..lol so we will be able to find a house faster..lmao so i can

lol i no what ya mean i have a tea cup chihuahua and 7 sugar gliders
with a set of twins on the way..lol it is just a pain in the ass..lmao
might have to settle for one in town but has to have a fenced in back
yard for my 3 kiddos. So i can set up a swing set and all that good
stuff...and for this lil hellion dog of mine that i HAVE to bring cause
my BF gave her to me..lmao
