Smoked 17 years. Have not had a cig since Sunday not using patches or anything. Any suggestions? Yeah, it'll get worse. But, only for a couple more days. By Friday, you'll be fine. Stay away from sharp objects, dogs and small children. When I quit fifteen years ago, I was wound so tight that I wanted to power drive a couple of nails into a nun's head. |
