Tiger, look at it this way it was nothing you did maybe it was just her
some have this fansty that the world will start to spin when you meet
the right one but that does not always happen sometimes it is better to
find out early then after you date them 2-3 months.

You are more than welcome. Besides what good would it do just to give
up? Myself at times don't give up just kinda sit back and watch and
listen and of course reply. Never know who might catch your eye could be
someone that has been around all the time but just never noticed them.

I enjoy meeting new friends and i do believe in getting to know the
person here online for as long as possible, im looking for my knight in
shining armour and dang i dont guess it would hurt if i had a pic of me
posted.

I've met a few people and they were all very nice people. I can't say
they exactly looked like their pictures, but I enjoyed my time with
them. I just need to meet someone that I am attracted too. For now, I
love the new friends that I have made!

Several, I've had a mixed bag of luck....

Just keep everything in perspective and keep you're barriers up until
you meet and get to know them (then even if it is a train wreck you'll
be able to laugh at it while it's happening)

I have dated men that I have met online. I am always very careful in
screening them upfront and won't agree to meet unless I fell VERY
comfortable after emails and phone calls. I always met them for the
first few times in public. Many ended up as a single date, but I met a
man just 2 months ago and I think this relationship will go the
distance.

Online dating or meeting simply gives us the opportunity to meet someone
that we would never have met otherwise. Just be careful; there ARE good
people out there. Right guys????

I've met 8 people on line -- the best girlfriend I ever had, and 7
really scary misrepresentational nutjobs. The way I figure it, I'm
either due for one more really good one, or the next one is going to
kill me. You gotta take the good with the bad.

I have met the most Incredible Man in the world,,, And we are getting

I met someone not from this site and him and I hit it off great and now
are dating on a regular basis, Just my advise is to take it real slow
and go into it without any expectations.

AWWW congrads LAMOM it just warms my heart to hear success stories
although im still waiting on mine the last guy i met really got to me
we dated for 7 months but something happened he worked for the
government and got so distant but thats life sometimes a B**** a
special congrads to those online relationships that have became real and

I have met 3 people from online to date. One is a possible romantic
relationship, the other 2 were just freinds.

I will say my experience has been very good. We all did use the given
advise about being very careful and there being time to get to know each
other.

Being this is the first online romance I have been in , I have found it
very fulfilling. It is I think better to get to know someone mentally
and emotionally before there is any is any physical contact.We have met
3 times and are planning a more intimate get together this weekend. I am
looking forward to this and will post after to update those who may be
curious.

I have met 3 guys from online. Two of them were just as great friends
and we went out for lunch, One of those was a 4 hour lunch
encounter..lol Ponderosa thought we had moved in. He was sharing some
photos from his trip to Austrailia. They were awesome, and we had a
great time. We are still friends today. The third guy was a potential
relationship. It possibly would have worked but he thought that I
should do all the driving to meet him, and I did not like that ideal so,
that did not work.

On the brighter side of things. I have been talking to a guy online,
who I have known through playing in spade tournaments with for about 3
years. We just recently started talking and sharing things together and
are getting in pretty deep. I will be flying to meet him March 9. We
want to see if there is a connection there for us. We will be together
for two weeks, so we will know by the end of two weeks, if their is a
connection for us or not. Will keep you updated for anyone who is

of the older set, can still do anything you kids can, just takes us a
