Say, you’re in failed relationship. You know it doesn’t work and there is no future in it. Would you rather quit and be honest about it or go on with it before you’ll meet s’one else?

I think id rather quit and be honest. Theres no point in dragging out the inevitable. If you know in your heart that there is nothing there, its time to move on for both your sakes..

Quit and be honest. Won't feel like it at first but it'll save hurt in the long run.

That's where I'm at right now...Divorced, then ment a gentleman that I believed we could fit well together. Wasn't HIS fault, Wasn't MY fault...

It made being honest with him soooo much easier because I was up-front with him from the start.

My Father has a saying, and I sincerely BELIEVE it: "You can LOVE someone instantly,...but it takes at least a year to really KNOW & LIKE them"

Was true in my case. Our worlds were just to different (Beliefs, emotional reactions, habits...etc.).

I'd much rather walk away while we both still respect and like each other. Thanks "Gary" for the wonderful memories.

yea, i would quit and move on, if the guy doesnt let you go first, it would make it so feelings dont get hurt in the long run.
