i know, i get those too, nothing you can do much for it, flexiril if you have it on hand, or heat, but usually just has to work its way out.

Try sleeping on a neck pillow...tempurpedic has one. They help keep your spine in straight.

try ibrufen and use some heat rub. that helps me.
