would be appreciated... There is a girl i have know for 3 years or so... we just recently started talking everynight...great conversation with the undertones of something more than friends... so after 3 weeks of this she was out with friends one night and called me saying she was coming over... very late at night...she got a ride and was very drunk... i know what she was there for but i said no because she was drunk and i want did not want the first time to be under those circumstances... now she says she just wants to be friends.... whats up with that...

From a womans view..you did the right thing...Dont pay attention to the horny guys view..LOL...but you did what was right..had you done anything different then she would have more than likely been upset that you "took advantage" of her...

she probably feels rejected and dumb and is trying to recoup some dignity.. OR maybe she was drunk and it was a mistake.. I'm still voting for option 1...

She probably feels like an idiot and/ or feels rejected. I think you did the right thing under those circumstances.

* Girl knows guy, guy knows girl... friends, aquaintances
* Life changes, three years later, chatting on the phone... girl maybe lonely, guy maybe lonely...who knows the reason why? * Girl goes out, gets drunk, feels needy, lonely, wants closeness, casts about the drunken memory vaults, likes this guy, feels safe with this guy. * drunk girl appears at guy friend's door, could be a booty call... guy declines, for honourable reasons. * girl wakes up with hair on end, makeup around knees, feeling pukey, and very very relieved... guy friend didnt cross the drunk line with girl. * or girl so chicken to fess up true feelings, got drunk and did the f*ck it factor thing, hoping to hook the guy friend. * or how the perkuck would we know??? Ask her, silly. |

She may think you took it as a booty call and is incredibly embarrassed? IDK

She took it as rejection instead of the good intent you had. If she read this post she'd be over in a few minutes I'm guessing.
