That my wife and i have our first court date to determine spousal support. Those of you that know me. Know the story. but for the rest heres a quick summary. Wife cheated on me 3 times while we were married...one recent was with my lil bro while i was on deployment..now she has a boyfriend that she pawned her wedding ring to buy him a diamond earring....now she says she can't support herself and wants 1200 a month in spousal support...no kids involved...I can't afford it...and shouldn't have to support her while she runs boyfriends. So hopefully the judge will see that in the morning. Prayers are welcome.

if you make alot of money yer gonna pay i'm getting paid as an E4 in the navy....although i wear E5..pay just hasn't kicked in yet. I do make more than her...but not a whole hell of a lot. |

well id make predicitions cuz theres been times when i knew law as good as some lawyers (good ones even xD) but ive been knocked on my ass by the level of idiocy ive seen in court decisions =/
