Controlling me can't you see insanity your reality shouldn't be Many demands barking commands voice not hands control expands falls not stands Fake profile shine a while winning smile heart is vile lacking true style Fault to claim giving blame never the same not my shame forget my name Not so true won't miss you heart not blue glad we're through long overdue

My mom always said better out than in, and I agree. Stress kills us and it is always better to get our emotions out.

Remember the poem I vented with (((Vicki )))? I too didn't use any names...was a good release, a way to move on. Over 200 read it before he owned up to it, then it was deleted.

Its hard to understand why people like you have to get hurt. I mean i know how. but i wish for people like you to just find your hearts love the first time. What's even harder for me is not to have contempt for the ones that hurt the people i love. Always here there anywhere for you! Vicky.
