She's my Ex, we are friends but she talks my ear off! What's a good way to tactfully say, "good bye gotta go!" She finished the story about her sister's marriage...oh wait she isn't done. I don't even know her sister! It's been 40 minutes now....oh go make it stop...make it stop!

Since you say you are friends, maybe you could tell her that you enjoy talking to her, but you are just too tired/worn out/unable to focus and can't concentrate on what she is saying. Ask her if you can call her back some other time.
