nah I just laugh and point. I can never actually converse with them you would not! no, you are right, I wouldn't. I did work with a guy one time who spit uncontrollably when he would talk to you. I asked him to please turn his head when he was talking to me and he reported me for harrassment You were nice about it... And yes I know you would never be cruel...

I work with people who have those kinds of problems..so no it doesn't bother me.

someone with an impediment (nervous facial tic, bad stutter) make you uncomfortable or frustrated? nope, worked with some people like that...just takes patience

Naw I have a niece that is deaf and speech impaired it just makes you try that much harder to understand them. And a satisfaction that you do.
