If you need to cope, then you need to reduce the distance to something like zero or find someone closer. Long distance relationships are hard enough as it is without getting to the point that it bothers you that much.

Not quite sure how to explain it, in a non-sexual way, but massage is a great way to satisfy the need for touch..without real intimacy. The benefits of massage are obvious, be it health or simple relaxation, but it can also relieve that very human desire for touch. If you've experienced this, you'll know what I mean...and if you WANT it to be sexual there are places for that too! JMO
