I talk to a friend here on instant messaging. I cannot open it up to a viable screen. I have never had this problem before. She is trying as well. What is the problem? It is just a blank screen, nothing, nadda.

You know what? We do what we do. This works...usually. I will only use yahoo and she doesn't have it. Long distance is out. Sorry. Not everyone can afford such luxuries. And yes...we are good friends. Kat It still isn't working.

yahoo is free and downloads/installs quickly; maybe she should have a back up since this seems like such a crisis.

Thanks for reporting the issue, Kat. If you are still having trouble with our IM, what browser version are you using? As far as I can tell, everything is okay. Also, which site are you using (JSH or OPU)?
