if ur taking fish oil you might wanna consider thisslemilk too or liv57, helps break it down and doesnt hurt your liver as fast

1 100% juice juice box

Egg whites, grains, milk, tuna, fruit, veggies, chicken...
The oatmeal was great for fuel, though.

There are a variety of healthy, natural things you can eat that come from the grocery store and not Vitamin World. It just seems so overboard. JMO
You are sacrificing too much, by looking short term. JMO.

as i drop bodyfat ive found that this works
