Never tried the food. Movie was pretty good. YOU never tried fried green tomatoes??? OH you are missing out, Jonny...take some green tomatoes..slice them up...soak in buttermilk...salt and pepper some flour...dredge tomatoes in flour mixture...shake off excess...get your grease hot in cast iron skillet...drop em in careful not to touch...flip when brown on one side...put on paper towels...salt and ENJOY!
