Well it's Saturday night again. Need to make my own excitement this week. So what is everyone else up to?

I finished all i planned on decorating today. I get a live tree every year so I will wait for another week or 2 before I put that up. There are also still a few boxes of decorations I didn't find yet. This being my first christmas since I moved makes it a challenge to find things and then find new places to put them.
Decided to sit in front of the wood stove and enjoy a glass of wine tonight. How about u? |

My first Christmas alone my friends insisted on helping me decorate my house the way I always did the day after Thanksgiving. They came over and decorated with me, then the next night we had a big party. Probably 30-40 ppl. What a blast. I can't believe they got all those ppl to come out for me. Each year gets a little easier, but the memories are still there. I just keep making new memories and put the old ones where they belong, in the past. |
