I was early for an appt. so I decided to go through McDonalds drive thru and get a soda.I parked to kill some time.The lady next to me starts throwing her garbage and coffee containers out her window, and smiles at me Now the garbage can is 3 ft. away...I bit my tongue and left....would you of bit your tongue or have said something? Would of stepped out grabbed the garbage....and threw it back in her car.

i hardly ever bite my tongue, much to my children's chagrin...and i call out females who don't wash their hands before leaving a public restroom...it's frightening how many don't...but i have to say that i've never seen an employee of a food or other establishment not wash theirs...

I moved from Mississippi, which is a very trashy state. I was flying into the airport on the coast one time and over heard someone in the window seat behind me say "I know we are in Ms., just look at all the trash beside the roads". That is pretty sad!

I'd have gotten out and picked it up and thrown it away, hoping she would learn by example, but...folks like that usually either don't see the error of their ways or just plain don't care.
