I think that it's important to be up front at first with people, you

that conversation takes place I feel free to see who ever I want when

You really must distinguish how casual it is because if you are acting
like you are courting her (sex isn't always a courting behavior) then
she might expect fidelity and monogamy as though you were a couple.
However if you are very casual and are very even(spliting the cost of
dates and being fair with each others time), and don't kiss up to her
and buy her gifts all the time and you have not discussed only seeing
each other. Then I would say your game as long as you put on the table
your feelings and intentions!
