Tattoo's and piercings are a form of body Art any way you look at it. For what ever reason a person choses to have them is strictly up to that individual no one has to live with them but them. What is in extreme to one is not to another. We are not here to judge others but to learn from them.

When making post one should word their post in order not to make others come back in the mode to attack. Therefore take extra time in what you post and the responses given will be more in a learning experience then in a attack form.

Just for the record no I do not have any tattoos, but....... my son is working on both sleeves. This in no way changes what I think about him for I love the person inside. He just likes to express his self on the outside.

I dont like unneccesary holes in my body

I know that I have a strong opinion, but some of the bashing that went on against me was uncalled for. I was stating an opinion. Personally I am conservative in how I live my life, but politcally I am liberal go Obama!

I guess in my belief system the skin and body are not an appropriate place to use as art but to each their own. Didn't realize there were so many pro-ink people on here. All I can say is that if you have a massive number of piercings I can hear the wind whistle through ya on a brisk and windy day!

I think what is important is to express opinions as such and to try not to judge. If you do, keep it inside. This goes for all of us. (by the way, I never called you republican.....)

I have a tattoo the cross represents god giving me the strength to get away from my stepfathers abuse and the sunflowers were added the year the aniversary of his suicide stopped making me feel like crying.

I want two puff the magic dragon style dragons one shooting blue bubbles and one shooting red flames for my late brothers, ages 9 and 11, as their favorite colors are red and blue.

I think they should represent something and they are beautiful to the people who have them. I don't think that anyone should be judged for their self expression.

Personally, I think that people are beautiful for how they act not what they have adorning their skin.

I have both, tattooes and piercings, but you will never know it unless I chose to show them .

have had my nose, ears, and tongue pierced, now only wear earrings, but multiples 3-4 on each ear. none of the other piercings.

Have art work done and working/drawing out the next one
