So the state of Illinois has a law that every cigarette that gets shipped into the state has to follow the FSC guideline (Fire Safe Cigarette). Which forces the manufacture to wax the paper of the cigarette so that it will magically go out if it falls out of one irresponsible smokers hands and happens to hit a puddle of gasoline thus effectively lighting the moron on fire (I'm pro-evolution so I see no problem with that). This wax completly changes the flavor of the cigarette and several manufacturers have changed the blend so that it is easier to *poof* go out. Personally, dumbass idea. Your thoughts?

Roll your own. I do sometimes, have Top tobacco. But the flavor isn't the same, and I'm uncoordinated so they always come out screwed up and smoke crooked.

The one's here don't, they fall stay lit for about 20 minutes then start to fade out. Don't ever go out, I wonder who does quality control on these? |

They go out constantly. yeah they do. can make you a chain smoker just trying to keep the damn thing lit.  Just another case of the powers trying to protect every one of us from ourselves and legislate against stupidity....

I used to smoke (have quit for 8 months now after smoking for 19 years, hurray for me  )but I lived in New York and smoked "their" cigarettes. Every time I lit it up, if I didn't consistently inhale, it would go out. It was almost as if right after I lit up, there was an invisible man snuffing it out. It was weird and hard to get used to.

On the upside of this (if this could be considered an upside) if you are the type of person that stays busy and "forgets" about your cigarette, you don't have to worry about it burning up and wasting them and your money.
 And I don't know about the prices of cigarettes in Illinois, but in New York they were outrageous!!! |
