I actually had 3 pieces of my private stash dark chocolate this evening after a beef and spinach medley stew I made with peppers and oregano and basil. It was very good. I used chicken stock base with cream sherry and dried ground oranges. Mmmmmmmm. Ate every drop.

A woman was giving out samples of Dove dark chocolate......70%.......I felt sorry for her because she was prolly about 65 years old and was really nervous......prolly her first job since 1952......I told her the chocolate was fabulous!!
