No. I think it's similar when someone walks up to you in a bar and introduces themselves; If your not interested, just hit "no." - Or you can turn off the IM feature. One thing Ive learned about women in general from my "girl buddies" is they equally b*itch when guys randomly want to talk to them as they do when they go out and no one hits on them. Its not that big of a deal.

Well it must be a female thing... because I agree, an email ASKING you if you would like to chat is the first step... And not one of those emails where the guy says "LETS CHAT"... How about "Would you like to chat"???
