What am I doing wrong? I really want to find a girlfriend but lately it seems that nobody is interested. I don't understand it because I'm a gentlemen and I treat women with respect yet they only want the "complete ass-hole" type. I've been single for 6 months now and I really don't like it. I've even considered getting back with my ex but she said she would rather stay friends like in the beginning. Can anybody help? You need to evaluate why you "really want to find a girlfriend." If you think you need one, you probably have some other issues of your own you should be taking care of first before you even think about getting involved with someone else. From what little I've read, you don't look like you're ready. I certainly wasn't at 21. Learn to make it on your own, then worry about the other stuff. By then, it should just pretty much fall into place on its own. Your significant other shouldn't just be a crutch for you. It's not fair to either of you. And if you start a relationship that way, it's only going to end with a lot of resentment and hurt feelings in the long run. |
