I think that if you spend time really getting to "know" someone before meeting, you can get a false sense of knowing someone - and then often find the person you meet isn't anything like the person you expected to meet. Just my take |

How many of you have had/do have an online relationships? How long have they lasted? If it didn't last, what was the biggest reason for the break up? 
If there is mutual trust then I see no reason why long-distance online relationships can't work, however difficult it may be. Love conquers all

I have had a couple of relationships from on line. First guy was in Toronto/Mississauga and we flew back and forth for close to 3 yrs (1000) miles. Ended because he had a nasty temper. Second one was in SC and I really screwed up letting him get away.
