Morgan studies the look and smell of the liquid wondering if she will like it. It smells lovely. She sips. It is sweet and very strong. (She had slept all day, as the vampires do. She wanted to be awake and alert all night so as not to be caught napping. She did not know why they seemed to be lurking around her all the time but she intended to find out.) |
