I've always heard they can't do anything for this. Anyone have experience with it and is that true?

tape it to the toe next to it.....and deal.....they do nothing for em...

you can tape it up, that is really about it.

Yep I have 2 broken toes and taping it is all ya can do!!!

the only thing I have ever broken was my little toe, all they do is tape to toe closest and let it heal on it's own.

depends where your fracture is and how badly it is broken what they would do to it.

Either tape the sucker next to it
OR
A a strict foot boot

Again depends if the break/fracture is in a proximal area or distal

Not to much can be done,except call a tow truck.

The foot specialist took a pic of my broken toe. I was so proud. It was at a 90 degree angle. He applied some stuff to numb it up and moved it back into place after looking at the x-rays. He then taped it to the surrounding toes. After the tape was taken off it still leaned to the left. He said he could either break it again and try to reset it. Or I could have surgery and stick a metal rod in it. After all that pain I said leave it alone.

Some people have tattoos to mark occasions. I have injuries.

Ditto all they will do for you and take something for the pain if needed and gawd forbid it seems like you hit it every time you turn around ouch
