Face, hair, body. Feet are last. I work top down, as that is how the soap rinses and is simply the cleanest and most efficient way. That sounds so boring! An efficient shower? Never really thought of efficiency as part of my personal hygiene. Top down, huh? I'll have to give it a try. Might see myself differently.

I feel all clean. I went for the hair first method. I may have to try it again until this summer when start saying conserve water again. I feel all nice and tingly.

First I rinse, then I step back and lather up, then rinse off.
It leaves the soap on my body for a bit that way, to give it a chance to really cleanse me. I'm a dirty, dirty man.
