You have to challenge yourself..put yourself in situations that challenge your shyness - thats the only way i know of
|

No well i am Just Pretend that you have known them for a very long time. Like an old friend helps me

Well if its for a romantic first date, call her when u first see her"just before she sees you" tell her to close her eyes, then go straight up and kiss her gently, atleast that is my plan of attack O_o...it gets the nervousness out of the way plus they find it kind of romantic esspecially if u stay on the phone as ur walking up, and telling her how beautifull she is.
