I've been hurt too. I don't subscribe to organized religion anymore - more spiritual than anything else these days. My Faith is still there, though. well I'm sorry that you been hurt ...but do all hurt people run to organize religions ....well me myself I perfer saturadays when it's greasy food and beer night No, and I thought I made that clear in my post above. personally I dont think god gives a sh!t about us, god created and moved on...to me, there is something extremely comforting in that.

well maybe you need to take a refresher course to analyze yourself and maybe you will realize that once you question someone beliefs that instead of answering they automatically go into defense mode like you are doing...all I'm doing here is debating It just seems that your posts are coming across a little bitter. well that's what all religious people tell me once I say something that make them question their faith Unless I'm misunderstanding.... well let's just say you are allowing your beliefs to have a one-sided impact on your judgement |

But, hey - if it is hard for you to accept kindness and understanding from anyone - especially a woman - so be it. I have my personal beliefs and convictions, but they aren't necessarily the same ones we think of when we think of DOGMA. I'm not religious - SEE ABOVE. There is a BIG difference between being SPIRITUAL and being RELIGIOUS. Read. Learn. It is amazing what keeping our minds and hearts open will do for us. Why don't you explain, if you would, exactly WHAT you think I believe - because I think you are confused by what you are posting. Seems like you are just picking a fight - which is not my style. *shrug* My style is live and let live. I don't tell people what to think or believe. I appreciate you returning the favor. |

 Sometimes I am so confused about "God", but at other times all of this is crystal clear and I can answer almost any question about "God". About all of the different gods (of other religions).

It doesn't have to conquer us as we are in Christ...even when the chips are down we are still seated in heavenly places...IN CHRIST! Man...am I getting that...so much more now than ever before. It's awesome to know... Don't expect help from your flesh...your emotions...or your body....or even your own thoughts. We have to just put off those things to follow God. Just continue to throw off that old man like a sack of potatos, shake him off like BAD Dandruff, & keep moving toward that high calling in Christ that God has for YOU! :) God bless ... |
