It means they either A.) Have someone, and aren't looking to ruin what they have.... or B.) They are sooooooo bitter and jaded that they push everyone away because they can't deal with their baggage, and they need the ego boost of adoration but don't want to give any in return. Thanks for easing us in Lily. No problem sugar.... I'm gentle like that....

It means I'm too fresh out of the last one and just want to be independent for a while. It means I want to hog the bed, watch chick flicks non stop, come and go without conflicting schedules, change the channel when the football game turns lame, leave the bathroom door open if I feel like it, sit on my favorite side of the couch, read in bed until 3am with the lights on and make all my favorite meals every single night...until I feel like sharing again.
