This will sound odd since I normally HATE ranch dressing, but a turkey sandwich. It MUST be made with leftover turkey meat from a whole turkey. Use a very light amount of ranch dressing on the bread. Put a thick layer of turkey on both pieces. Lightly salt. Smoosh together. Yummy.

I do not even have a name for it. I started making it when I was working at Tim Hortons years ago. Cucumber Tomatoes Mayo Herb and Garlic cream cheese salt and pepper On a toasted everything bagel. It is SOOOOO good.
