I love HOOP dancing! It is probably my favorite form of excercising. Swimming a close second. I use the treadmill just for a routine break.

Power walker...5k in around 40 minutes
swimming season starting soon...pool to open in a week or 2 |

I work......which involves running/walking at a fast pace/bending/kneeling....breaking up fights.....

i work out and i loooove the elliptical. i also salsa and belly dance and power walk and run in the park with my dog on weekends.

I lay down and get back up in the morning
no I do cardio in the morning and 3x a wk have a personal trainer (whip my butt in shape) |

I do finger pushups on the keyboard...

Walk on occasion, get out of bed far too early which contracts my abs

A daily walk of 4-5 miles w/backpack.I in-line skate(hockey related)during 2 seasons.Woo-Hoo!

I read about exercising everytime I read about it or see some cool excersize thing on the t.v. when I used to watch it...think oh that would be cool..then they through in..loose 10 inches in 1 month..be the wieght u want to be in.. I'd freaking disappear.. so..I dance around my part of the house.. oh and I don't care to dance but veryones in awhile..boogy down...alone.. |
