I read about exercising everytime I read about it or see some cool excersize thing on the t.v. when I used to watch it...think oh that would be cool..then they through in..loose 10 inches in 1 month..be the wieght u want to be in.. I'd freaking disappear.. so..I dance around my part of the house.. oh and I don't care to dance but veryones in awhile..boogy down...alone..    |

I don't excercise. My cleaning business I had for 10 yrs was my work out.. I truely miss it.. Excersise and get paid...now thats what I call a great workout... excersise the right arm as I put my hand out for the cash...

Have an elipitical machine and a Chuck Norris trainer
but walk/run 5 plus miles a day go to gym 3 times a week and work outside - favorite. |

Ok, I used to go to the gym for a few hours everyday and rotated cardio and weights every other day
