I love cooking. It is my obssession.
I cook many Middle Eastern after being married to an Israeli for 4 years, but I am starting to (re)branch out back to the cuisines I was making before I met him. My boss thinks I should open my own catering business. I told her to give me the money and I will.

Mexican foods are my Favorite.(Not only because i live in New Mexico; but mainly because the true flavors come through sooooooooooo good.)
Many woman just can not cook foods properly now-a-days-------guess i just can not find a good mexican food cook now-a-days. ....so, yes i have become a mexican food cook..

I am in charge of cooking dinner for my family every night and like cajun dishes but if I were just cooking for myself I really like mexican stuff . Lots of cheese . |
