I was a stoner hanging out with the other geeks from the wrong side of the tracks..
ah...the good 'ol days....

I was the kid who got straight A's and never studied because I spent half my time playing music and half my time playing sports. I really didn't hang out with any particular group or clique; it was just whoever was in the band or on the team at any given time.

Now I'm the uberreclusive hermit who spends all day typing things and analyzing them 50 times before I'm marginally satisfied enough to let anyone see them. I watch TV and I still play hockey and baseball but I haven't done anything musical for a long time.

I've whittled my circle of real life friends/associates down to a handful who are unquestionably trustworthy -- marriage has made me suspicious and cynical of strangers and people in general....I'm more insulated now, less likely to believe anything anybody says -- as much as I might like to....

I was one of the "lower lotters" as we had the upper lot where all the cool people and preppies (do they still have them?) hung out, and the lower lot where all the stoners, outsiders, and people you'd consider scary in school hung out. I wonder what became of all those folks?

at my 10 year reunion all the "upper lotters" as you say, all still hung out together and went to the same bar we used to sneak into as juniors in high school, they married the prom queens, and they got fat..... That my friend is JUSTICE.

....I was the cops kid w/a over religious mother (freak)...I was a shy responsible virgin that partied w/friends the second and 3rd year (on the weekends in the evening/worked weekend days), and was pregnant by 19....mom called me a slut and a b*tch when I was a sweet virgin..I said watch me...

...now I'm a sexualy well adjusted well lived single mom of 31yrs, with great kids, starting "my " own life thats all about me !! and a sweet- hot- smart- sexy- guy !!! ...yyyiiippppyyy!!!!

I was the varsity cheerleader, senior class fav, and homecoming runner up...but couldn't buy a date! (Sort of like now) I think I was a late bloomer!

Long hair,Loner, Stoner/Drunk but involved in student Gov and theater and competitive public speaking. One of 3 guys in the high school with a pierced ear.

Still somewhat of a loner, shaved head, 2 piercings, clean and sober .

I was voted most likely to never achieve at anything. By God, I haven’t let em down yet.

We had the jocks, the freaks, band and other, I hung with the freaks, dated the freaks but did not really do many drugs, drank until I threw up many many times until I learned my limit. I also kept a high b to a average in school not normal for the freaks who partied too much to keep up with school. I was in track and volleyball in school until my last two years. I was also not sexually active which was not a trait of the freaks. But I went to heavy metal concerts and wore concert t-shirts almost all the time. Wore the heavy eye makeup without any blush or anthing else. I dated guys with hair longer than mine and more gel in it too..lol

I am now very diverse in my company and I listen to alot of different kinds of music. I have dated musicians, a bass player for the longest with a blues band talk about different environment lol. I only drink on a rare occasion, my makeup is balanced when I wear it and my dates usually have short to no hair these days..lol

back in high school I was the ultimate tomboy, playing sports and hanging out w/the jocks but always maintaining my "A's"
