See if she's got homeowner's or renter's insurance and file a claim with the ins. co under liability. She will get arrainged Monday morning, I'm planning on going to her arrainment. I'm O.k and my insurance will cover my hospital stuff, mostly, but my friends (all 7 of them in the waiting room) decided that I am going to press assult charges on her. I'm debating that right now. Stop over and see me next door! I'm on the second floor....in the corner. Glad you are okay and you held in your instincts to crush her, or at least not rip out her weave...

M-1 Assault.... 180 days in jail, suspended, on conditions she obey all laws for one year. Fines and costs, Anger Management if prosecutor insists.

I never went there... I do recall some great meals at the Noisy Oyster though before going out. I recall a time in Portage Lakes where some girl ran in the bathroom after a girl accidentally got elbowed in the face. A guy was pulling back to hit someone, and her nose got "in the way". She gushed blood all over my cute cream silk top. Such a waste. Last time I went out there. |

When you get hit with peper spray, you are rendered a bit defenseless.... There were about 5 people total in the hospital last night from this girl. Including the guy, and I'm pretty sure they kept him overnight. |

 This is terrible...  you never know what you're gonna get into....  there have got to be better places to have fun and meet people  My daughters used to scare the living daylights out of me with the things they did and the places they went.. weekend long raves & parties all the time!!! of course i did that to my own Mom too going to Woodstock at 15 years old... i was so insensitive ... i put her through hell no cell phones back then ... or reception either even if we did have one.... i hitchhiked across the entire country alone at 17 years old and didn't even call her much...  she was worried sick ...  almost to the point of death... what a sh-t head i was that was when ted bundy  was doing his demonic thing.... and there were and are sooo many others... just like him...and worse.... you have to be sooooo careful with ourselves... and with the precious children God Gave us... you really have no idea of the degree of darkness that dwells in evil people that lurk everywhere in this world.... the ones that watch these threads, but have no pictures... and who never post anything.... we have the tendency to be so trusting of people... and while that is a very honorable quality... it is the not the wisest attitude..... considering all the bad things that happpen to women and children especially all the time..... women beware & be wise.. when i got married  and became a mother a year later then i started to understand the love that God and my Parents have for me.... To all the young people out there in just say hi land... Oh, all i can say is... l may not know you well... but i love you anyway.... my kids are in their early thirties now... and they are finally mellowing out in the behavior... But please ... to all the young ladies out there especially and to the young men, too.... please be very careful out there.... what you do with your precious lives and with the lives of others.... you don't have to go to places where you are playing  russian roulette with your lives..... love you lots..... As someone who has never used or witnessed pepper spray, i have a question.... How can it hit 10 people? I thought it was a liquid stream? it comes out of the canister in a stream but once released it's dispersed in the air. i got sprayed once by a guy i got into a fight with and was in the vacinity when someone sprayed some on another occassion. sometimes you can't do anything but let it burn. |
