Topic: Curious... When Someone Instant Messages You What Do You Do? | |
---|---|
LOL I keep getting IMs and I will accept them, but I will wait for them to say something first. IF they don't after a few I will say something, and then the red writing will show up, "Waiting for Such and such to connect."
You IM me and you aren't even connected? Stop wasting my time. I like talking on the IMS, but don't waste my time if you get me and then don't say anything or aren't even connected. |

I keep mine turned off too. I don't like the interface this site uses for the IM and I prefer either chatting by email or on the forums.

I find Instant Messenger an excellent way to communicate with people . In an email ,you can not say all as it gets long enough. In IM ,you can chat forever . I do not see what the fuss is all about !. People are different and what is good for Mr X is not necessary good for Mr Y . Also ,it depends on what you really wish to achieve from a contact . If you just wish to waste people time because you are bored ,that becomes your problem and if you have something interesting to say ,it is another matter . Take care everyone and nice to read your take on that . !.

In IM ,you can chat forever. If I am to the point where I would be chatting non-stop with someone via IM, I MUCH prefer the phone. JMO of course. |
