yet am searching sites because she annoys me and I want to find something better, which is odd because on paper, she is perfect. Does this make me a jackass?

In my opinion, if you're searching online.....I think it would be best to break it off with her before you start searching....I know you would want her to do the same....in my eyes....that's kind somewhat cheating.....JMO.....

She is starting to realize that she is way too needy, but hasn't corrected the problem yet. even if she is needy, if you are annoyed by the relationship, then just end it....don't string her along... that's wrong!

It's called having a back-up plan. Would you like to be dating a person that has a back-up plan? You're looking to cheat. Time to break up with the gf. She may be acting needy because she's feeling insecure. Why would she be feeling insecure?
