I just hate having my son see me cry. I run to the bathroom and try to quit as soon as possible. He saw me cry today though. Hes only 2 so he doesnt understand it. He came up to me and gave me a hug and said "mommy? Owwie?" I said...no, mommy doesnt have an owwie, mommy is ok.

A lot of times when we are young, and go through difficult times, we dont know if our reactions are normal. As we get older, we begin to handle things, better, and mor rationally. It is very important for you to have people around you that have experience, with what ails you. Tring to figure it all out with out direction can be more harmful, than good. Children may not understand what the problem is, but they feel there is a problem. Sometimes you dont know how it affects them until they get older. My daughter is 23, and she has express things to me that i forgot about, that she remembers as a child. Some of it was very painfull to hear. So its very important to protect your child, and seek whatever avenue you can to help with your problem. Good luck, and remember, if you dont help, and take care of yourself, you cant help, or take care of anyone else.

Im so sorry sweetheart i know what thats like its been a lmost two yrs since my daughter O passed and i still break down and bawl my eyes out it is normal and i hope you are doing better

3 times today...Ive been suffering from random spotaneous crying fits. One minute Im fine, then next thing you know >>>>   I miss my grandma who passed away... I just found out my other grandma has cancer... and this morning when I went to let my bird out of his cage...he was cold with his legs up in the air!  I mean...what the hell!?!? Forgive me if I seem like a psycho lately

I just found out my other grandma has cancer... and this morning when I went to let my bird out of his cage...he was cold with his legs up in the air! I mean...what the hell!?!? Forgive me if I seem like a psycho lately |

sometimes a good cry is what we need, we've all been there, guys too.. dont let any guy tell you he hasn't either  I'm sorry to hear about your grandmas.. and your bird and everything else that might be eating at you |
