I just hate having my son see me cry. I run to the bathroom and try to quit as soon as possible. He saw me cry today though. Hes only 2 so he doesnt understand it. He came up to me and gave me a hug and said "mommy? Owwie?" I said...no, mommy doesnt have an owwie, mommy is ok.

A lot of times when we are young, and go through difficult times, we dont know if our reactions are normal. As we get older, we begin to handle things, better, and mor rationally. It is very important for you to have people around you that have experience, with what ails you. Tring to figure it all out with out direction can be more harmful, than good. Children may not understand what the problem is, but they feel there is a problem. Sometimes you dont know how it affects them until they get older. My daughter is 23, and she has express things to me that i forgot about, that she remembers as a child. Some of it was very painfull to hear. So its very important to protect your child, and seek whatever avenue you can to help with your problem. Good luck, and remember, if you dont help, and take care of yourself, you cant help, or take care of anyone else.
