Is this an outreach for sympathy, boast of courage,...??? Who cares about those you run into? Ignore them and move on...Arent you proud of yourself in what you have done? How about your friends and family? DOnt you have support there? Glad to hear your coming home |

Thank you for your service. God bless our troops.

I think you'll find that most are very grateful for all of those who have served, even those who didn't like the decision to go to war. I have payed for all of you, often!
Be safe. God Bless! |

Unfortunately you are going to run into those who are ignorant of the threats our soldiers face each and every day, but you are a strong individual and always hold your head up high. When they get done with their rant or spiteful comments then say, "Thank you! You have just reassured me that I fought for your freedom to have that opinion."
Bless you for your service to our Country. I served to, but during more peaceful times, but I certainly understand the discipline and the sacrifices that you have made for our freedom. |

Being prior service I understand your concern....remember you are trianed to be a unit not an individual....give yourself time to re-adjust to civilian life....it is not easy, but will happen....you will never lose the feeling of being seperated from your unit but, .....You will be fine and your next stage in life will be fine if, You Take One Step At A Time......
Scan your sector............... |

PLEASE don't feel that way or let any jerks effect you!! You are a hero, no matter the cause. You put your life on hold and put your life in a special danger with your career. Only hearts and flowers to you.
My Dad served in Korea, Japan, Germany and, of course, Nam. I don't know how he kept his head together, but he did. And, no matter who said what about Nam, HE WAS A TRUE HERO!... SO TO HECK WITH GARBAGE TALK!! God Bless!!! |

I would shake your hand and thank you for answering the call.

You will run into people you feel are ignorant everywhere. Ignorance is fear of the unknown. Nothing more.
