everyone has different relationship .with people we love . i think the hardest ones is with a parent that we do not get along with . more than a boyfriend or girlfriend . what do you think .and how does someone handle it.

I have to accept that my mom and myself will never see eye to eye about alot of things, I still show her the respect she deserves for bringing me here and raising me but we are not close. I think a person has to see past the hurt to get to a point where they can relate to the relative at some level and just accept the differences at others.

acceptance...Just have to reach the point that family is family and that is what is important.. nobody is perfect. he does things I dont like and I do things he doesnt like approve of all the time...

There are just some things that can't be healed no matter how long ago they happened. You just have to go on with your life and not let it get to you. I believe that Karma takes care of what we can't. Live one day at a time and go on.
