Some guys are just geared that way others are not. It is the choice we make in guys. Also, for some guys the only thing a woman can offer them is sex, other than that she is not a basketball, a football, a video game, etc..... so she is just a sexual thing to them. This goes to maturity and place they are at in their life. If they are not at a place to settle down a little then you are just "fun" to them and if fun for them is sex with females and that is all to do with a female then there you will be.

I agree with some of the guys on here. Maturity of the guy matters if you are looking for a LTR.

i go through the same thing...its almost like people assume that "being pretty" is the same as being easy!!!

Sex is an important part of a healthy relationship...but, maybe your picking the wrong guys if they go straight to it.

So the general consensus is that I need to date older men.
I'm okay with that. lol
I mean, I understand the maturity thing.
I've never meshed well with men my age.

I see the difference the moment I meet someone my own age vs someone who is 5-10 years older.
It's amazing really.

So yeah for dating older more mature men!
I guess thats a start.

So I have a rather serious question, and to some it might be stupid.
But I’m serious; I have a problem with this.
People always ask me…
Why are you single? You’re so pretty, blah blah.
I always answer, because I hate dating.
They ask why, I tell them.
It’s because whenever I go out on a date,
Men automatically think they’re going to sleep with me.
Is this a common thing?
Or do I just get the pick of the litter?

And for all you who are going to ask the following…
No I do not dress like a slut.
No I do not make eyes at them like I want them.
No I do not go home with them.
No I do not kiss on the first date.

I do however do the following…
Have nice polite conversation.
Laugh at their jokes, if they’re funny.
Flirt with them, that don’t mean I want to sleep with them.
And am nice to them.

It’s frustrating!
I think I meet a decent guy and come to find out,
I’m a piece of ass.
And when they don’t get it, I get booted.
Dating sucks.
Therefore, why I am single.

Some just really can't handle an attractive lady.

Actually, I wouldn't agree with that. If a man has a total lack of good manners when he's younger, chances are good he'll carry that into adulthood. Some learn to change it, some don't. It pretty much boils down with how they were raised to begin with. LOTS of younger men are sweeter than older men can ever be, and they're not all married yet or bitter from divorce. Men of any age group will have no tact, just as women will... just gotta find the right ones that were raised with strong morals.

To be fair, I didn't really learn them until I was older. I didn't have much of a childhood though. Point is: Everybody's situation is different.

Set your standards of dating and stick with it and don't be afraid to adjust them. Looks are important at first but later on it does not matter

I can relate. That is why I have always hated dating, too.

I end up with guys like that all the time.. and i dont dress like a slut make them think any way there getting anything out of me you know? They just assume.

So you need to tell them straight up.. Id love to go on a date with you but its only a date nothing more.. no sex no kiss..
if u dont like it then you can hit the road. :)
