Release me Minnesota, My skin all cracked and dry. Your winds they can blow harshly, As the stars dance in your sky. Release me Minnesota. Your call from years ago, A wandering wench did answer While floundering in your snow. Release me Minnesota, Though aspects you’ll retain, Release me Minnesota, Arizona’s grabbed those reins. You’ve taught me well, O’ Land of 10,000 lakes. The Valley of the Sun now calls, with new thirsts that I must slake. Release me Minnesota, the time, we know, has come. Release me Minnesota, This Wench, she must move on................... Duh, dense Wench edit, Minnesota, how 'bout now, pleazzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
