Topic: you're at the grocery store and.....

you've got quite a few items. There is just one cashier and a couple of people in line behind you. Do you bag your own stuff, or do you make her earn her paycheck?

We don't even have baggers up here! Though when I was living down south I always bagged my own. Can't stand making others do work that I'm perfectly capable of doing myself.

Where I shop I always bag my own and if someone happens to bag them I thank them

Where I shop you have to pay for your own bags and bag it yourself. But if I shop at any other grocery store they bag it. I do not get an option for me to do it.

I prefer to bag my own stuff, some things are for certain areas of the house, and I want them together, and I want all the cold stuff together, and I want all the squishy stuff together. And I buy stuff for my care packages to Iraq, and I want all of that together.

shhshsh were I go they have a wheel with the bags on them and they put then straight into a bag so they bag them instead.
