Why do you ask? Are you doing a paper on the subject?I'm curious Ive had bad insomnia lately...I guess its on my mind. Im just curious too:) I call it the point of no return. After working on projects that keep you going for days, you may feel exilarated, on a higher level thinking, with sides of paranoi. Go buy, valerian root capsule, take 3 caps as directed. Put on some soothing music, make everything dark, turn the ringer off, go to sleep. If you are taking other meds, please check with your doc to see if its safe. Valerian root is natures valuim. |

More than once did I pull a three day bender while in college... The Fri-Sun thing was almost always about cramming as much "fun" in as I could before the Mon-Thur "school week".
Lately I've had more nights (and days) awake than I care to admit. |
