OLD HOUSES ROCK!!!

Lived in what's locally known as "Batman's Ranch" for 3 yrs., the house itself is 107 yrs. old...I miss that place so much. Loved doing the up keep/remodels on that place.

...and the ghosts that came with the place were friendly ones!

With todays' construction techniques, I'd take an old one any day. Not too many artisans left in the good old usa.........at least none that don't want $40.00with full benifits for 20 minutes work

Old Victorian here, love to work on it. Has more charm and character than any of them. Just can't beat the old woodwork and detail. Stained glass, Give me the old house anyday.....standing long after all the new ones are gone...lol
