Yes folks, lets please leave the moderating to the moderators, we realize some of you may be trying to help, but in most cases only makes things worse. Please know that this mod team discusses decisions, or at least two or more mods will be involved. Some decisions need to be carefully addressed.

What we want everyone to understand, is that this site doesn't belong to the members, nor the mods. We are guests here.

I want to explain this a little further. When moderators act on anything it is logged, this way we all know who has been warned etc. This is why we encourage people to use the report abuse feature.

Please understand this, sometimes when we have an abuse report, there is a need for discussion among the moderators, so it may seem as if we are lagging, we just want to make the right choice, but please know, that we handle every report.
