in such a rural state, what can we do to get more singles events happening? I know several communities have dances, but can we do more to get singles out. Some singles don't dance. Any ideas?

some kind of, gathering with food...lol or a concert, or both. people like music, they don't have to dance. |

I've noticed not many people pay attention to the regional forum for ND lol.
Concerts are great; I haven't gotten to go to one or quite a while though. |

This state does suck for dating...my vote is start something near fargo hehe maybe a bonfire type of thing its a relaxed atmosphere and everyone in nd likes bonfires

Well I guess I dont have much of a problem living in Fargo, with the fargo/moorhead metro population of 200k. personaly I think we should call North Dakota the state of Fargo... since more than a quarter of the population lives in this area...

But personaly I think it would be a great idea to host some sort of singles even for ND, but Im guessing a location closer to fargo...

Their seems to be so many people in fargo but no one has anytime to stop and smile....let a lone be friendly enough to have a conversation.

We have meet and greets and most of them are held in Moorhead, across the river-- we get better service over there. We also move them around the state. This is usually only for people 40 and above.

There will be one in St Cloud the weekend of May 18-19. And we are talking about having one in Thief River Falls after that.
