Why is spelling and grammar such a big issue? I think we should all feel free to say what we want the way we want. Some of us aren't as educated as others and try their best. It hurts when you are constantly laughed at about your spelling or your grammar I dont care who thinks what, but I do find this amusing. Werent you the one making a forum expressing everyone should speak English in public just because you say so? contradiction? 
Keep in mind; people can only hurt your feelings when you allow it.

I can't stand to be in a grocery line waiting and in front of are..lets say.. 5 people and they are all speaking spanish. I think that is so rude. You are in America and I would appriciate it if you speak the langue in public. I could give a **** what you do in the privacy of your own home, but in public speak English. selective memory at it's finest

there is a certain click here in JSH that just has it out for me. What the hell did I ever do to you all. And you know who I'm talking about. You need to take responsibilty for your own role in this little drama and stop pretending to be a victim. |

I feel the need to put my two cents in here. Ahem... The problem, at least the way I see it, is that you make a post which is going to provoke thought amongst some of the sharper people out here. When they come calling you need to be able to keep up... If you need to work on your spelling and grammar then by all means do so!!! If you want to play the part you should know your lines... I agree but do you think its fair to laugh at the ones who are not as educated as some |

I take back the intelligent woman comment... You complained that people attacked you, now you post this again... are you going to run away when people question you?? **STOMPS OUT OF ROOM WITH A HISSY FIT** I'm just saying lets be a little bit nicer to people **taking deep calm breaths...breath in, breath out** Maybe in a perfect world, eveyone lives in the town called niceville... However in the REAL world people have the right to express whatever things they wish..... You on the other hand have a right to either listen to them or ignore them. You have complained for almost 24 hours about how poorly you were treated, and quite honestly, the people who did the "bashing" that night...ARN'T EVEN HERE. You are the one who won't let it die now.... I am a sh*tty speller, I make that known to people, when they tell me about it I laugh with them... Why, you ask...BECAUSE IT IS FUNNY HOW CR*PPY OF A SPELLER I AM. Come down off the cross, tear it down,use the wood to build a bridge and get over it...... |

I let a lot slide...I am bothered moreso by the does, do, did, and where, we're, and were...because it's hard enough for me to read "i lulz u" without having to decipher "does women like this"...for crying out loud...

If you want to behave badly and then blame others for reacting to it, fine. But no matter how many "pity me" threads you post, you are going to get the same results because you still are not taking responsibility for your own part in the drama. Until you figure this out we will be more than happy to keep explaining it to you. |
