Topic: I just dont understand...

I agree with freedom of speech that all should be allowed to speak their minds. In saying this I also know that words are not just words, they can become weapons and as adults we should be compassionate enough not to wound others with our words. Just because you dont see blood shed doesnt mean a person isnt wounded. I am sure the mods are trying to elevate as much pain as possible for others on this site. Your topic is valid and should be talked about. I understand about mods doing their jobs and all that...but i mean..for me..if someone has got something to say to me and i dont like it..i am a grown adult and will fight my own battles ya know? with that being said...its not like my life will be altered ot changed in any way because of what someone (who is beind a computer) will say to me It may be true that you are not offended or hurt by mere words spoken on the internet but not all people are like you and in some way they may be wounded. For some words last a lifetime and can be very personal. I am simply stating my point of view. It is your right to state yours. As I said I agree that your topic is valid and should be talked about. I understand that You seem to be extremely strong in your ability to handle your own affairs. Unfortunately not all can say the same. I am sure that is why we have moderators to help. Opening up the lines of communication is very important and we should all be allowed to speak. Speak, not attack or wound, I guess this is my point.

There is sharing your opinion then there are people that step over the line. There is nothing wrong in doing so but have seen to many people abouse it and use there opinion on others and that is just wrong. Yeah you have freedom of speech,but it don't give you the right to hurt people That is true....that part i understand when they need to stop

why ppl on here get banned or suspended just for speaking their mind and using freedom of speech!! I mean....i know that the moderators are just doing their job and whatevers ( and i love them as friends) but come on now....we are not in kindergarten anymore and what harm are we really doing just expressing how how feel!!! It is not like we are physically hurting these ppl on here ...no blood is shed...no one has any injuries just FROM SAYING WHAT WE THINK!! We are adults and should be treated as such!! Of course i understand why a thread has to be deleted or a person needs to be warned if they are being STUPID !! but for the most part...we as adults should be able to handle ourselves right?? Anyway maybe this will get deleted (whatevers) because most of the serious threads do get deleted..and the silly crazy one stay! Well...i wanna thank you for letting me rant here! Peace Disclaimer: i love this site anyway....but this thread may be deleted in oh ...maybe 5 seconds!!
