My boss is 5'1", 110 pounds soaking wet.... and female. Although she is brilliant and I find intellectuals attractive... she just isn't my type. So my answer is no. If she were a single man? My answer would be no. Because I love my job and my boss, male or female... should be my mentor and the boundaries need to be pretty high.

No I wouldnt.....but I did have a creepy boss who wanted to date me and when I refused his advances he tried to make my life hell!!

I don't like to mix relationships with work. If something goes wrong things turn weird and dramatic way too fast.

I have dated the boss before. After the project was over we just drifted apart. The age was a factor, as I was to young. he was a great guy.

You have to ask yourself is this relationship going to last? Do you like your job and want to stay there for a long time? Then make a decision.

Nope. Would not date my boss, nor anyone who worked under me. Just creates too many problems and headaches, even if both of you get along. There is always others around that will resent it.

Did it once, but since I was the only employee, it was a different situation. The interview actually turned into a date. Turns out he was a lousy boss & a lousy BF . Brillant man, sexy as hell, but totally controlling in the realationship, & not a strong enough leader in the office. He had it backwards I think. I certainly would not do it if there were other employees. If we just had to be together, I would find a new job 1st, & still be very discreet for his sake.
